This role will require being full-time onsite at our Palo Alto office to support collaborative team dynamics and innovative problem-solving.

Responsibilities :

• Lead a large, strategic organization composed of multiple engineering teams and managers, ensuring a clear impact on the success of BitGo.
• Own the success of the Infrastructure department, making decisions that consistently drive the achievement of departmental and company OKRs.
• Be accountable for the overall technical integrity, operational health, and fiscal responsibility of our core infrastructure. This includes upholding a high technical bar while making pragmatic, data-driven decisions on budget and resource allocation.
• Ensure the organization is resilient, responsive, and able to quickly address changing business conditions or critical production issues.
• Collaborate effectively with senior leaders across engineering, product, security, and finance to break down organizational silos and align the infrastructure roadmap with business priorities.
• Define and communicate a multi-year technical vision and strategy for Infrastructure that aligns with BitGo's ambitious growth plans in the crypto fintech space.

Pay Transparency Notice : Depending upon your leveling and location, the compensation for this role averages between $260,000 - $320,000 USD base salary. Equity, an annual performance bonus and the benefits outlined below are also a part of this role's package.
