Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute pricing strategies for new and existing products to optimize revenue and margin
Collaborate with finance teams to integrate pricing into broader financial forecasts and reporting
Conduct annual pricing reviews and recommend actionable list price adjustments based on market and performance data
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
5+ years of experience in pricing strategy management, preferably in Healthcare or technology companies
Basic understanding of pricing research techniques (e.g., Conjoint, Discrete Choice)
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Proficiency in pricing software / CPQ and tools is a plus
