Trade Compliance Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity to join a Global, industry leading company as a Trade Compliance Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Generate SAP reports to present KPIs in Tier 4 meetings and OTIF calls.
- Performs SAP GTS export compliance screenings.
- Handles daily information requests from Customs Brokers for import clearance of products and materials.
- Application of USDA export certificates and Certificate of Origin applications for the Chamber of Commerce
- Entry post audit and recordkeeping.
Requirements and Desired Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Information Systems or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-3 years of Database Management experience
- Experience in Trade Compliance and Import/Export operations
- Working knowledge of CBP import regulations and the HTSUS
- Familiar with HTS and Country of Origin Rules
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools like Power BI.
Pay Range (Based on Experience & Qualifications): $40 - $46 per hour
