OT Acute Care Hospital Therapy / Rehabilitation

Duration of assignment : 13 weeks

Shift : 5x8-Hour (07 : 00 - 15 : 00)

Will position float between units : No

Is on-call required? No

Are weekends required? No

Are block schedules required? No

Special requirements : OT position

Total Staffed Beds : 379

Level II Trauma Center

Parking Notes : Free in any unrestricted space,

Requirements :

Active Unrestricted TX License

Active BLS, BCLS certification

Years of Experience REQ : 2+ year of Experience

Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
