BrightStar Care Home Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide exceptional care to our clients in Boulder City, Henderson, Las Vegas, and North Las Vegas, Nevada. Position: Occupational Therapist (OT) for Home Health Company
📍 Service Area: East Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Centennial 💰 Wage: $90 per visit 🕒 Flexible Scheduling
Requirements:
✔️ Active Nevada Occupational Therapist license ✔️ Minimum one year of experience as an OT ✔️ CPR Certification (BLS preferred) ✔️ Ability to lift/pull 50 lbs ✔️ Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation ✔️ 2-Step TB test and Physical Exam ✔️ Background check and drug screening required ✔️ Experience with home health, rehabilitation, or geriatric care is a plus!
Responsibilities:
🔹 Evaluate clients and develop individualized treatment plans 🔹 Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and independence 🔹 Educate clients and caregivers on adaptive techniques 🔹 Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal care 🔹 Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
