Subway Manager

As part of the Subway team, you will focus on eight main things :

• Providing an excellent guest experience
• Ensuring that great food is prepared and served
• Keeping our restaurants functional, clean, and beautiful
• Managing inventory and money control systems
• Coordinating local marketing initiatives, including community outreach
• Recruiting staff
• Maintaining standards of restaurant safety and security
• Being a team player

Prerequisites :

Education : High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred

Experience : A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff

Essential functions :

Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is essential.

Physical : Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system / cash register. This position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
