Job Description
We are seeking a Permanent CRNA in Michigan.

Position Type : Permanent

Location : Royal Oak, MI
Shift : Varied (Mix of 8-10-12 hour shifts with potential to transition to longer shifts)

Position Details :
- Patient Population : All ages, including geriatrics and pediatrics
- Setting : Outpatient position at an Ambulatory Surgery Center
- Responsibilities :
o Administer anesthesia for various medical and surgical procedures
o Collaborate with Anesthesia, Surgeon, and Perioperative team to determine the appropriate anesthetic plan
o Provide airway management, intubations, and anesthesia-related services across multiple settings
o Maintain accurate documentation of care for all procedures
o Participate in professional development, quality improvement, and safety initiatives
o Precept new staff and students as requested
o Support a healthy work environment and positive communication within the team
o Intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthesia administration
o Airway management and intubation for emergent, non-emergent, and resuscitation situations
