Product Manager (Cell & Molecular Biology)

A day in the life of a Assay Product Manager at Bio-Rad's Life Sciences Group involves a dynamic blend of strategic planning, collaboration, and hands-on time with customers and R&D. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, market-driven input, and a vision for developing innovative value propositions and embodying them into product development. The Product Manager is responsible for owning and growing the business across the product lifecycle.  This position will be located in either Ann Arbor, MI, or Paris, France.

How You’ll Make An Impact :

• Define and Assay roadmap for single cell library screening, considering user workflow experience, data analysis and applications.
• Provide the marketing voice for development and enhancement of the commercial web interface for customer assay design.
• Develop product vision that meets market needs using market-driven input obtained via voice of customer data, usability evaluations, and Alpha / Beta testing feedback.
• Drive the development of new product within cross-functional teams, maximizing ROI.
• Collaborate closely with hardware and software product development teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality for the Platform.
• Lead the creation of product collateral and applications plans; produce product collateral for sales and support channels, web, and other outbound media.
• Collaborate globally with commercial teams to collect customer inputs, competitive intelligence, and market trends to build robust marketing plans and product roadmaps for the product portfolio.

Compensation : The estimated annual salary for this position is $113,400 USD to $156,000 USD at the time of posting. Please note, for candidates in France, the local geographical salary range will apply. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of an offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
