Role
- Individual contributor, reporting to the CRO and working from our San Francisco office.

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across IT, Security, and internal automation stakeholders, building relationships with technical and business leaders.Conduct in‑depth discovery to understand existing processes, gaps, and automation priorities—translating complex workflows into clear value propositions.Deliver highly consultative product demos and tailored automation walkthroughs that quantify the ROI and time‑to‑value of the AI‑driven platform.Partner closely with product, engineering, and marketing to shape the evolving GTM strategy, influence roadmap discussions, and refine messaging based on real customer feedback.Develop and manage a disciplined pipeline, maintaining rigorous forecasting hygiene, proactive follow‑up, and a strong command of deal stages and next steps.Build outbound strategies, test new channel motions, and help create repeatable playbooks for enterprise and mid‑market outreach.Represent the company at local industry events, customer onsite sessions, and relevant conferences (quarterly travel), acting as an evangelist for AI‑powered IT automation.Collaborate with leadership to refine ideal customer profiles, evaluate competitive positioning, and help establish the platform as the category leader in automated IT operations.Requirements
3+ years of full‑cycle B2B SaaS closing experience (AI, ITSM, automation, observability, SecOps, or workflow tooling preferred).Demonstrated success navigating multi‑threaded, consultative sales cycles with 1–4 month timelines and multiple technical and business buyers.Experience selling to IT and Security leadership, including CIO, CISO, VP IT, Directors of Automation, and IT Operations leaders.Hunter mindset with a track record of self‑sourced pipeline and consistent quota attainment in high‑growth, resource‑constrained environments.Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex IT workflows into compelling commercial outcomes.Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the executive presence to influence senior stakeholders.Previous early‑stage startup experience strongly preferred—comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and helping build the foundation of a modern GTM engine.What We Offer
