Pharmacist

Position Summary : # The successful candidate will provide high quality, patient-centered comprehensive pharmaceutical care.# As part of the Pharmacy Services team, you will provide pharmaceutical care in collaboration with other health-care professionals.# The pharmacy operates using a hybrid model with some decentralized services.# This position reports directly to the Pharmacy Clinical Manager and practices under the general direction of the Director of Pharmacy.# Required Qualifications : # The candidate must have a PharmD degree and a current unencumbered license to practice pharmacy in Massachusetts.# Candidates that have been practicing pharmacy outside a hospital environment for more than five years must demonstrate knowledge / experience in the management of hospitalized patients beyond APPE rotations in pharmacy school.# Preferred Qualifications : # Candidates having PGY-1 pharmacy residency and / or#board certification will receive priority review and consideration. Shift : ##This position will include day, evening and weekend shifts.
