What to Expect The Manufacturing Development Program (MDP) is a hands-on training initiative designed to prepare individuals for careers in advanced manufacturing at Tesla's factories. Participants will complete 1 Semester of structured coursework at a partner college and practical training focused on automation, production processes, and technical problem-solving. Successful graduates will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time Production Associate role supporting Tesla's mission of accelerating the world's transition to sustainable energy.

- Demonstrate flexibility as needed by the business
- Operate complex manufacturing equipment under supervision
- Escalate technicaland process issuesto the appropriate support groups and leaders
- Must be able to perform a wide array of essential functions acrossseveralproduction and manufacturing lines and work areas, as business needs require
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures and demonstrate a high level of professionalism
- Maintain exemplary attendance and punctuality to class or work scheduled shifts

Expected Compensation $23 - $25 / annual salary + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
