About The Position

Job description

Location :  Egg Harbor Township / Atlantic City Area, New Jersey

Key Responsibilities

Lead and grow the ENT division in alignment with system-wide goals

Oversee clinical, academic, and administrative operations

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered surgical care

Collaborate with oncology and multidisciplinary teams

Mentor a team of surgeons and advanced practice providers

Drive innovation using advanced robotic surgical technology

Participate in research and educational initiatives

Support community outreach and access to care

Share call schedule (1 : 4) with strong APP and hospitalist support
