Job Description

Schedule

  • Monday–Thursday : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
  • Friday : 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM
  • 45-minute lunch break

Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate and detailed AutoCAD drawings from sketches, specifications, and engineering input
  • Create, review, and revise shop drawings to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with specifications
  • Identify and apply correct dimensions, angles, curvatures, tolerances, and material requirements
  • Modify existing drawings as needed to support production or design changes
  • Collaborate closely with the Engineering / Product Development Manager and cross-functional teams
  • Assist with the preparation and programming of CNC equipment
  • Maintain organized drawing files and documentation

    • Requirements

    Junior AutoCAD Drafter

  • Associate’s degree in Drafting or a related field preferred, or
  • High school diploma with 1–2 years of drafting experience
  • Architectural or Mechanical drafting experience preferred

    • Senior AutoCAD Drafter

  • 3–5 years of drafting experience
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Drafting or a related field
  • Architectural or Mechanical drafting experience required

    • General Qualifications

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (required)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
