As a CNC Grinder set up and production operator at your focus will be to : Set up to operate vertical grinding machinery upholding and adhering to production standards and ISO 9001 regulations and guidelines. Inspect product to print, looking for any flaws and defect of material, including deburring if necessary. Interpret drawings, specifications, process sheets, program readouts and shop orders to plan and check work. Obtain proper set of tools from tool crib, select insert types, and check tools for accuracy. Interpret drawings, route sheets, diagrams, specifications and instructions to determine proper operation sequences. Make necessary calculations for tool depth and tool adjustments. Move completed material to next workstation. Maintain clean and safe work environment.
