AUTO OFFER Lutheran Hospital  RN / Operating Room Shift :   12 : 30p - 11p  Monday through Thursday Call requirements : one weekend 7p-7a every 8-9 weeks Block scheduling option available GH : 36 Bill rate : $85 Duration : 13 weeks Max amount of RTO : 1 week Certifications required : IN state license, BLS, ACLS Scope of role :  Circulating surgical cases, managing all nursing care within the operating room , observing the surgical team from a broad perspective, and assisting the team to create and maintain a safe, comfortable environment for the patient’s surgery Required years of experience : 2 years Required skills : Required experience with a level 1 or 2 trauma center, daVinnci Robot experience, neuro-spine and cranial experience, Peds OR experience, ortho trauma experience, Cerner EMR experience EMR : Cerner Scrubs : Hospital issued scrubs
