This hybrid role requires working in our Lexington, SC office three days per week.

What You'll Do

• Find Talent : Learn how to source candidates using job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen Candidates : Help interview and assess candidates for skills and fit.
• Support Clients : Work with experienced recruiters to understand client needs and job openings.
• Stay Organized : Keep track of candidates and their progress throughout the hiring process.
• Learn the Industry : Gain insight into IT trends and the most in-demand tech skills.
• Build Relationships : Connect with candidates to ensure a great experience.
• Track Progress : Help report on key metrics like time-to-fill and candidate quality.
