    Compensation :

    $102,400 - $192,500 yearly

    Responsibilities :

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
  • Conduct property tours and provide insightful information to prospective buyers and renters.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop effective marketing strategies for property listings.
  • Assist clients in navigating the buying, selling, or leasing process with confidence and clarity.
  • Stay informed about market trends and local real estate developments to offer expert advice.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts to ensure favorable terms for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system to ensure seamless follow-up and service delivery.

    • Qualifications :

  • Valid real estate license or active pursuit of one.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced real estate environment.
  • Proven track record of setting and achieving personal and professional goals.
  • Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to collaborate with team members to develop marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for maintaining accurate client records is a plus, but not required.
