We specialize in valuation, appraisal, market research, feasibility, property tax consulting, right-of-way and eminent domain appraisals, litigation support, and expert witness testimony. Our clients range from local to international lenders, investors, government agencies (including TxDOT), tax and law firms, and owner-users. LPA handles diverse property types, including retail, office, industrial, multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, special-use, mixed-use, development land, and going concern valuations.

Position

LPA is seeking an experienced and driven Managing Director to lead our El Paso office. This senior leadership position requires a highly motivated appraisal professional who is capable of managing a team of valuation staff while also maintaining their own pipeline of appraisal and consulting assignments. The Managing Director will be responsible for local team development, workflow oversight, quality control, client relationship management, and business development efforts in the surrounding region region. This is a key leadership role with the opportunity to shape the growth and performance of the office. This position is on-site at our El Paso location and is designed for individuals who thrive in a collaborative, in-person work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of the El Paso office
• Oversee and mentor a team of associates, providing guidance, training, and performance management
• Review and ensure the quality and accuracy of valuation reports
• Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service
• Support business development efforts and contribute to expanding the firms regional presence
• Coordinate workflow and project assignments to maximize team efficiency
• Foster a collaborative and professional team culture aligned with LPAs core values
