Responsibilities : Provide service to internal and external sales agents by resolving sales-related issues, requests, and complaints. Coordinate with internal departments on matters related to agent onboarding, commissions, supply fulfillment, and sales portals. Develop a thorough understanding of commission structures and sales processes.
