Dietz Property Group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Technician (40 hours per week) to join the team at two of our premier apartment communities in Columbus, OH.

OVERVIEW:
As a Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for the repair and upkeep of our apartment community. This includes, but is not limited to, providing exemplary service to the community's residents, timely completion of service requests, performing preventative maintenance and unit inspections/rehabilitation as scheduled by the Community Director.
