Assistant Program Manager

The pay range for this position is $23.97 to $28.33 hourly depending on education and experience.

This position is located in Rutland, MA.

The schedule for this position is Sunday-Wednesday 1pm-11pm.

$1,000 Sign-on Bonus.

As the Assistant Program Manager, you will :

  • Be passionate about working with and helping youth with complex medical needs
  • Collaborate with the Program Director and the Registered Nurse to ensure that youth's medical needs are adequately met
  • Responsible for working with the Program Director to create a program vision and positive working environment
  • Assist with the planning and implementing recreational, social, and educational programs
  • Ensure that all youth's medical appointments are attended and medical follow is implemented as indicated by the medical providers
  • Responsible for supervision and training of staff

  • Qualifications

    Job Qualifications :

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must have a valid drivers license
  • High School Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree in human service field preferred
  • Previous experience working with individuals with psychological, emotional, intellectual, and / or medical conditions is required. One year of relevant experience in a supervisory role preferred
  • Ability to complete 2 weeks orientation training, Monday-Friday 8am-4pm, in Rutland
