Job Title : Registered Nurse PACU

Rate : $80 $82 / hour (W2)

Duration : 3 months, 3 days

Shift : 11 : 00 PM 10 : 00 AM EST | 10-hour flex shifts, 4-day work week

Hours per Day : 10.00

Schedule Notes :

Rotating weekends and holiday coverage required

Must report as scheduled

Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced PACU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality post-anesthesia care in a fast-paced hospital setting in Brooklyn, NY. This role is ideal for an RN with a strong background in Medical / Surgical nursing, IV insertion, phlebotomy, and conscious sedation.

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor patients recovering from anesthesia and surgical procedures

Administer medications and monitor vital signs

Perform IV insertions and phlebotomy as required

Provide conscious sedation as appropriate

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members

Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards

Qualifications : Experience :

Minimum 2 years of the following required :

Medical / Surgical nursing

IV insertion and phlebotomy

Conscious sedation

Licensure & Certifications :

Active New York State RN License Required

AHA BLS Certification Required
