In this position, you will serve as Estimating and Cost Volume lead / support on a broad range of small to medium sized proposals. Product areas includes Advanced Strategic Programs and Missile Defense Programs. You will develop, plan, and schedule proposal activities in coordination with proposal team. Develop proposals in accordance with RFP specifications, TINA, FAR, DFAR, and company policies and procedures. Will analyze and compile historical data, build cost models and assist in the development of cost estimates to support quick turn pricing exercises. You will participates in fact-finding meetings and pricing reviews with management and the customer.

Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Experience in the aerospace / defense industry. Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or related discipline. Advanced Excel skills. Proposal cost estimator experience. Knowledge of the proposal process and BOEs. Current Secret or Top Secret clearance.

Part-time Remote Telework : The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Pay Rate : The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $49,700 - $87,515. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
