A company is looking for a Customer Relations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the product knowledge expert and provide support for incoming calls from agencies
Manage dealer agreements, including tracking submissions and maintaining accurate records
Assist team members and handle correspondence with insurers regarding licensing and contractual policies
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
2+ years' experience in an automotive sales or administration-related environment
Experience with CRM tools or Sales Force preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office products and ability to learn proprietary software
Willingness to work beyond normal scheduled hours as necessary
