What You’ll Do :

Complete hands-on training : Own and continuously improve end-to-end manufacturing processes for power transmission components and validate machining parameters, tolerances, fixturing methods, and process controls

Develop standard : Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs using G-code for turning, milling, hobbing, grinding, and related machining operations.

Project management : Develop or support additional programming solutions using Python, SQL, or C / C++ for manufacturing data analysis, reporting, and process monitoring and maintain process documentation including standard work, work instructions, control plans, and process FMEAs

Troubleshoot : Troubleshoot machining and programming issues related to tool paths, feeds, speeds, and machine behavior.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams : Support capacity planning, line balancing, and productivity improvement initiatives

Continuous improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve design standards, and support cost-saving initiatives.

What You’ll Bring :

Educational background : Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field is required.

Manufacturing experience : Experience in industrial manufacturing environments, preferably involving machined power transmission components

Mechanical aptitude : Strong background in machining process engineering

Drafting software skills : Hands-on CNC programming experience, including G-code

Attention to detail : Highly detail-oriented in all aspects of work.

Customer service commitment : Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and upholding Martin's standards.

Communication skills : Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

Your Schedule :

• 1st Shift, Monday – Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM
