Contracts Management Sr / Lvl 3 / Arlington, TX

You will be the Contracts Management Sr for the THAAD Program. Our team is responsible for supporting the THAAD Program through end-to-end contract administration, negotiations, metrics, and future contract planning.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Contracts Management Sr you will be responsible for driving contract performance from capture through award and throughout the contract life cycle.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

• Manage the full spectrum of contracts from proposal preparation and negotiation to award administration and ongoing compliance.
• Coordinate with program management, finance, legal, sub-contracts, engineering, and other functions to align contract terms with business objectives.
• Serve as the authorized Company representative to customers, building effective relationships and resolving contractual issues.
• Lead and support internal and external audits, ensuring all contractual actions meet laws, regulations, and Delegation of Authority requirements.
• Prepare and deliver concise contract status reports, data compilations, and performance metrics to corporate and business-area leadership.

Occasional travel is required.
