Pre-set qualified leads—focus on closing, not prospecting. 6 weeks of paid training, plus earn full commission — not a draw. Full benefits : medical, dental, vision, 401(k). Car allowance & mileage reimbursement Cell phone allowance & company provided iPad Resilience and ability to handle rejection without being discouraged. Ability to drive 100 miles a day on average. Availability to work evenings and weekends. Comfortable working in a commission-based role. Strong ability to navigate complex conversations and close deals on the spot. Technological proficiency in using an iPad. Submit to a background screening. Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll run pre-set, qualified appointments, educate homeowners on our roofing solutions, and close projects in-home. No roof climbing needed—our technology handles all measurements.
What You'll Do
- Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners—no cold calling or lead generation required.
- Conduct professional roofing consultations, product demos, provide same-day estimates, and close the sale. No roof climbing required.
- Partner with your Sales Manager and team for ongoing coaching, joint appointments, weekly meetings, and skill development.
