Are you a talented and proactive recruiter with a passion for finding and onboarding exceptional talent? We're looking for a Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in building our global workforce by identifying and attracting top talent across sales and go-to-market roles worldwide.

Key Responsibilities :

• Sourcing & Recruiting : Proactively identify and engage candidates for sales and go-to-market roles in across North America and EMEA.
• Interview Coordination : Manage the interview process, including scheduling, conducting initial screenings, and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Onboarding : Support candidates through their onboarding journey to ensure a smooth transition into the Unframe team.
• Candidate Pipeline : Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles across all departments.
• Global Coordination : Adapt to varying time zones and schedules to engage with candidates and hiring managers worldwide.
