La Posada Hotel Zaragoza Bar & Grill Tack Room Steakhouse is looking for enthusiastic and guest-focused Restaurant Waitstaff to provide exceptional dining experiences. This role ensures guests are served promptly and professionally while fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

Where You Can Make an Impact :

  • Greet guests and guide them through the dining experience.
  • Take accurate orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and accommodate special requests.
  • Ensure tables are clean organized and properly set.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide seamless service.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns proactively.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.

Requirements

Education / Formal Training :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

    • Experience :

  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred.

    • Knowledge / Skills :

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of basic food and beverage handling procedures.
  • Positive attitude and teamwork orientation.
  • Attention to detail and a professional demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends.
