General Role Description :

As a Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Form excellent provider-patient alliances and coordinate care with external providers
• Screen and assess patients for common mental health disorders
• Provide treatment for a variety of mental health conditions using treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (Athena) and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $59,500 to $116,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
