The Entry Level Sales Manager begins by learning how we build customer relationships and support service enrollments, then progresses to coaching and team development. Essential Functions of the Entry Level Sales Management Role

• Support Frontier’s residential campaign through structured door-to-door outreach, helping customers discover the right internet, TV, and phone solutions for their homes.
• Build confidence in sales and customer engagement, learning how to connect with households and guide them through service enrollment.
• Play a key role in team development, assisting with hiring, onboarding, and supporting new sales representatives as they join the campaign.
• Help set daily goals and track team progress, keeping energy high and ensuring everyone stays aligned with campaign objectives.
• Offer encouragement and feedback, helping teammates improve their outreach and grow in their roles.
• Contribute to weekly team meetings and performance check-ins, creating a space where collaboration, recognition, and growth are part of the routine.
