REQUIREMENT

Job Title: Oracle HCM Integration Consultant

Location: Cleveland, OH (Onsite)

Long term contract

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and support Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
  • Develop and manage integrations using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
  • Work with tools like Informatica, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and HCM Extracts.
  • Create and manage HDL scripts and BI Publisher (BIP) reports.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs, ensuring performance optimization
Required Skills:
  • Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • Proficiency in ODI and Informatica.
  • Familiarity with data loaders, REST services, and integration templates.
  • Ability to customize ODI knowledge modules.
  • Mid-level to senior experience in integration and data migration.
