Full Job Description :

Job Type - Full Time

Typical Procedures / Cases : Epidural Steroid Injections, (Cervical Lumbar and Thoracic), FACET Joint Injections, Medial Branch Blocks, Radio Frequency Ablations, Joint Injections, Stellate Ganglion Blocks, Lumbar Sympathetic Blocks

Duties :

  • New / Existing Patient exams and consultations
  • Diagnosis and Treatment Plan formulation
  • Chart Reviews
  • Documentation-timely and accurate
  • Collaboration / Referral with colleagues, supportive staff, and patients
  • Patient Education

    Job Requirements :

    Physician Board Certified in Pain Management or PM&R

    Current License in NC
