Join our dynamic team as a Delivery Coordinator! In this role, you will be responsible for operating company vehicles to deliver parts and products to our professional customers safely and efficiently. You will also handle money for cash-on-delivery (C.O.D.) transactions and assist with customer returns. If you are bilingual, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities :

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers.
• Utilize handheld devices for delivery management, capturing signatures, updating vehicle mileage, and completing inspection tasks.
• Keep delivery vehicles clean and well-maintained, performing daily inspections before use.
• Ensure the security of vehicles, keys, fuel cards, handheld devices, and collected payments.
• Collect customer returns, complete the necessary paperwork, and communicate customer needs to management.
• Report any vehicle maintenance needs or issues immediately.
• Ensure vehicles are fueled and locked at the end of the day.
• Clock in and out according to company policy.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, which may include customer service, stocking, merchandising, and running errands.
