Clinical Competence : A proven ability to handle patient care from A to Z, including diagnoses, prescriptions, and ancillary orders. Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with EMR systems, especially Allscripts, to document patient care efficiently and accurately. Collaborative Spirit : You thrive in a multidisciplinary setting, working alongside your team to deliver the best patient outcomes. - Lead by Example : Oversee and guide Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners, ensuring care standards are met and exceeded.
