MNAe MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain - Savannah is searching for a qualified Security Team Lead to assist in the development, performance and maintenance of the security activities of the organization with responsibility for the day-to-day activities of the vendor security team.

MOBIS North America electrified Powertrain, LLC (MNAe) is a Tier 1 supplier of BSA and PE systems, which are vital parts to produce electric vehicles, based on state-of-art manufacturing technology related to battery system assembly.

Essential Functions

(To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.)

• Responsible for delivering security services to the organization with direct responsibility for the day-to-day activities of the vendor security team.
• Meet your deadline targets and those of the Facility / GA team.
• Efficient running of the vendor security team.
• Contribute to training and development of the vendor security team.
• Assist the Security Specialist in achieving complete security software systems in accordance with organization plans and adherence to legislation and agreed regulatory bodies processes and procedures.
• Assist the Security Specialist in providing all services in compliance with MNAe security standards.
• Assist with all security activities with responsibility for the day-to-day activities of the vendor security team.
• Ensuring that the organization meets all required security objectives.
• Monitoring & managing security systems and equipment servicing and / or maintenance in conjunction with other departments, as appropriate. To include printing access control badges and distribution.
• Assist with managing the performance of the security team and its individual members.
• Effective liaison, support and assistance between security department and remainder of organization.
• Maintain and improve mechanisms for risk assessment and disseminate feedback to the appropriate internal entities.
• Contribute towards developing plans for security activities and tours.
• Support to all other departments with security and related issues.
• Subject to agreed criteria, recruitment, training, set action and targets, appraise and manage performance, development, coaching and general support of all team members to ensure targets are met.
• Reporting (content and format as agreed) daily as agreed.
• Assist with developing plans for team activities to include strategy to achieve agreed targets.
• Assist with preparation and agreement of individual action plans and targets for all team members.
• Delegate authority and responsibility to team with supervision, accountability and review.
• Set an example for team members of commitment, security knowledge, work ethics and habits and personal character.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Adhere to all organization policies and procedures.
• Interact and co-operate with all members of the organization, its suppliers and clients / customers.
• From time to time, you may be expected to be part of special projects as are required of your job role.

You are responsible for your allocated workload and must meet all targets as agreed with the Security Specialist. You must contribute towards the smooth running of the organization.
