Vendor Program Manager

A company is looking for a Vendor Program Manager, Process Innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage the Ops vendor management program, including frameworks and SOPs for vendor assessment and performance monitoring

Oversee third-party service partners to ensure alignment with KPIs and contractual obligations while driving continuous improvement through data analysis

Coordinate procurement and contract renewals, collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance and optimal vendor performance

Required Qualifications

4-6 years of experience in Business Operations or Program Management, preferably in healthcare or high-growth startups

2+ years of experience in BPO vendor management with a track record of managing multiple vendors

Experience in building and scaling vendor management programs from inception

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations

Experience with contract platforms and project management tools
