JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Legal Compliance Analyst with a strong foundation in international legal frameworks, particularly in outbound sales and marketing practices. The ideal candidate will develop guidelines and playbooks ensuring legal compliance across various marketing channels and support company's global expansion by providing legal insights. This role requires deep legal expertise in data privacy laws and excellent skills in research, communication, and project management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Obtain and provide legal insights on international laws affecting outbound sales and marketing practices.
• Develop and finalize the International Outbound Sales and Marketing Playbook, focusing on compliance requirements including opt-in/opt-out, consent language, and legal barriers.
• Assist in creating region-specific Marketing Toolkits to ensure compliance with local laws.
• Provide ongoing legal support to various teams, ensuring new products and marketing strategies adhere to legal standards.
• Manage the collection, analysis, and documentation of legal guidance for high volume marketing activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in international data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Excellent legal research and analysis capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Industry Experience Required:

Experience in marketing and data privacy law is preferred.

A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and experience working with international legal frameworks are required.
