[job_card.job_description]Self-Scheduled : You control your schedule. Shift : 3rd Shift (7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM) FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts) 2 Mondays & 2 Fridays : Every 6-week rotation. 1 Weekend : Required every 6 weeks. Holidays : 2 per year (1 summer & 1 winter). Training : RNs receive certifications in ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound and cross-training as Charge RN. Provide high-quality, patient-centered care across various units in a fast-paced environment. Adapt quickly to changing workflows while maintaining clinical excellence. Experience : Minimum 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred). Flexibility : Ability to work 2 Fridays, 2 Mondays, and 1 Weekend every 6 weeks. RNs receive training in : ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) NIHSS (Stroke Scale) IV Ultrasound Charge Nurse cross-training for leadership skill development. Proficient in electronic medical records and communication skills. Strong decision-making capabilities and the ability to prioritize effectively under pressure.
