North American Construction Services, Ltd. is hiring a permanent Project Manager / Engineer to join our team in Winston-Salem, NC.

\n

North American Construction Services (HQ : Birmingham, AL) is a dynamic subsidiary of Fives North American Combustion (HQ : Cleveland) and the renowned Fives Group (HQ : Paris). At Fives, we all have a part to play in achieving our common mission. Your role will be :

\n \n

  • Assigning quotes, setting up project folders, estimating, generating proposals, JSAs, project books for field services.

\n

  • Supporting external and internal sales opportunities.

    • \n

  • Working and building relationships with preferred vendors, suppliers and subcontractors.

    • \n

  • Develop project schedules and plans.

    • \n

  • Maintain project files and documentation.

    • \n

  • Manage supply / rental of equipment required for executing customer site work with onsite deliveries and timely returns / call offs.

    • \n

  • Reviewing project cost against initial budgets, managing change orders, identifying issues such as resources, schedule, out of scope work. Generating billings.

    • \n

  • Generating BOMs for procurement for materials and equipment.

    • \n

  • On site evaluations of opportunities.

  • Ability to travel up to 70% with potential additional travel.

    • \n

  • Understanding of reading drawings and developing BOMs for costing.

    • \n

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft, PowerPoint, Cad, project management, quality management, supervision, delegation and estimating.

    • \n

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and manage, self-managed with ability to set goals

    • \n

  • Must have Experience developing meaningful goals to provide functional area improvements.

    • \n

  • 5 years' experience in related field, or combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.

    • \n

  • The preferred candidate will be knowledgeable of industrial processes and proficient in sales methodologies.

    • \n

  • Preferred education would be someone who has a bachelor's degree in engineering.
