What Youll Do as a Day Maker :

  • Provide outstanding service at the pay station every interaction is a chance to make a guests day.
  • Promote and sell memberships with integrity. Our focus is on rewarding your efforts not just closing the sale. The more memberships you sell the more you can earn with our upcoming commission program but remember customer satisfaction always comes first.
  • Build positive relationships with guests making them feel welcome and appreciated.
  • Ensure everything at the pay station runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a professional appearance that reflects the ClearWater brand.

    • Compensation :

  • $12 per hour base pay plus the opportunity to earn more with our upcoming commission program . The more memberships you sell the more you can earn but remember its all about helping our guests and keeping our standards high.
  • Enjoy free car washes as part of our team!
  • This is a full-time day-shift position with 35-40 hours a week.

    • Qualifications

    What Were Looking For :

  • A friendly positive attitude that makes guests feel comfortable.
  • A bit of sales experience is preferred but were happy to train the right person with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to focus on the details and take pride in your work.
  • Enjoy working outside rain or shine.
  • Reliable and able to work your scheduled shifts on time every time.
