Job Description

A leading healthcare organization, Baylor Scott & White Health, is seeking a Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to support cardiopulmonary services at a major hospital in Dallas, TX. This is a 13-week travel assignment with competitive pay, consistent night shifts, and a streamlined one-round virtual interview process.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver routine and advanced respiratory care, including oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and airway clearance
  • Manage invasive and non-invasive ventilation
  • Respond to emergencies and assist with cardiopulmonary resuscitation
  • Review physician orders and patient diagnostics to provide appropriate therapy
  • Educate patients on respiratory equipment and assess response to treatment
  • Accurately document care and collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team

What We’re Looking For

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
  • Texas RCP license (or eligibility)
  • BLS (AHA only)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of respiratory therapy experience
  • Strong critical-thinking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced acute care environment

  • Schedule : 3×12s | 6 : 30 PM – 7 : 00 AM (Night Shift)
  • Hours : 36 per week
  • Contract : 13 weeks
