Title : Corporate Tax Manager

Locations :

  • Philadelphia, PA (primary)
  • Pittsburgh, PA
  • Arlington, VA

Work Model : Hybrid minimum 2 days / week onsite (office or client site)

Bonus : Annual performance-based bonus

Position Type : Permanent

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Active CPA in PA or VA (or reciprocity) OR JD with active law license
  • 4 7+ years of progressive corporate tax compliance or consulting experience
  • Strong experience with ASC 740, corporate tax provision prep / review / audit
  • Recent public accounting experience with a Top 15 firm
  • Experience supporting large, multi-state / national / global corporate clients
  • Ability to work hybrid (2 days onsite weekly)

    • Preferred Skills

  • Experience with OneSource Tax Provision (OTP)
  • Professional services background
  • Stable work history (no job changes every 1 2 years preferred)

    • Industry Experience
