Key Responsibilities
Provide best-in-class front-line support to customers, identifying and resolving issues
Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce functionality and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer and operational goals
Required Qualifications
Salesforce Admin Certification required
3-5 years of experience in a Salesforce Admin and / or Customer Support role
Experience in an early-stage scaling SaaS startup environment
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities
Proven experience in a client-facing or technical support capacity
