Job Description

Position Highlights :

✅ Full-time, W-2 hospital-employed position
Must be comfortable with both adult & paediatric patients
249-bed, full-service hospital setting
Mix of general, OB, paediatric, regional, and thoracic cases
Rotating schedule with 24 / 7 coverage through call or shifts
Strong support from anaesthesia leadership and OR staff
️ EMR : Cerner
️ Direct patient care with autonomy and collaboration

Compensation & Benefits :

Base Salary : 225,000 – 260,000 (commensurate with experience & location)

60,000 Sign-On Bonus

✅ Requirements :

Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA)

Iowa license (or IMLC / willing to obtain)

Experience with adult & paediatric patients

⏳ 5+ years’ CRNA experience preferred , but newer grads with strong training may be considered

Certifications :

BLS (within 3 months of hire)

ACLS, PALS, and NRP (within 1 year of hire)
