Shift : 6am to 3pm M-F

As a Cycle Counter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of inventory data. You will conduct comprehensive product verification within SAP and Excel Spreadsheets, operate forklifts, and manage inventory across various warehouse locations. Your duties will support real-time traceability and compliance with internal logistics standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive verification of product within SAP and Excel Spreadsheets.
• Operate forklifts across various warehouse locations, including racks, bulk storage, lineside, and specialized departments.
• Ensure accurate alignment of inventory data by cross-checking contents against manufacturing labels, validating part numbers, quantities, and proper departmental processing.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and collaborate with Inventory Analyst on numbers.
• Transport raw materials, parts, and finished products to designated areas within the facility.
• Supply production lines with materials needed to meet manufacturing schedules.
• Assist with maintaining accurate inventory records by performing cycle counts and reporting discrepancies.
• Properly label and store materials in assigned locations, optimizing space and ensuring easy accessibility.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment, adhering to safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Report safety hazards or equipment issues immediately.
• Participate in efforts to improve material handling processes, increase efficiency, and reduce waste.

The work environment includes an air-conditioned manufacturing facility with industry 4.0 technology. Physical requirements involve lifting up to 35 pounds, standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing portable ladders. Good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination are essential. Personal Protection Equipment will be required.
