Responsibilities include efficiently running the front desk and handling various tasks confidently. A positive attitude and passion for assisting others are a must. Responsibilities: • Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries and complaints • Provide concierge-level customer service to clients and customers • Answer phones, schedule conference rooms, process mail, and packages • Be a team player Qualifications: • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities • Concerned with doing things the right way the first time • Positive attitude and outlook • Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Compensation: $14 hourly
