A company is looking for a Telehealth Outreach Coordinator for its Virtual Care Center.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and manage the Virtual Care Center phone queue
Schedule virtual appointments and assist with referrals and authorizations
Provide training for new hires and complete administrative tasks as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or GED required; medical assistant program completion preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in a primary care or medical office setting
Experience providing high-quality customer service and technical assistance
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs and ability to use multiple systems simultaneously
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
