A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager (OpenStack) to lead enterprise clients through complex production infrastructure challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical owner for enterprise clients using Mirantis platforms in production
Guide clients through incidents, upgrades, and architectural decisions to ensure platform stability and performance
Collaborate with Support, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to provide strategic technical advice and lead account reviews
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in technical account management or similar client-facing roles
Proven experience in providing technical leadership for enterprise production environments using OpenStack and Kubernetes
Strong understanding of core OpenStack components, Linux systems, and networking
Demonstrated ability to lead high-severity incidents and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Ability to provide architectural guidance and proactive risk identification
