Key Responsibilities

As a Medical Assistant youll be a vital part of our mission blending clinical expertise with front office efficiency to deliver outstanding patient experiences. Your role will include :

Clinical Duties (Based on Credentials) :

• Perform essential clinical tasks such as taking patient vitals conducting EKGs and performing phlebotomy with precision and care.
• Administer intramuscular (IM) injections and prepare laboratory order forms.
• Retrieve and review patient lab results to support seamless care.
• Assist physicians or mid-level practitioners with patient referrals to other healthcare professionals.
• Document patient progress in charts and / or EMR systems with accuracy.
• Conduct follow-up calls to monitor patient progress and provide empathetic support.
• Take on additional clinical responsibilities as needed to ensure top-tier patient care.

What Were Looking For

Were seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Medical Assistant who brings :

Certification : Valid Medical Assistant certification.

Front Office Expertise : Proven experience in front office duties including knowledge of insurance and verification of benefits (VOB).

Clinical Skills : Proficiency in EKG phlebotomy and clinical documentation.

Exercise Knowledge : Prior training or experience in exercise is a plus but not required.

Interpersonal Excellence : Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and colleagues.
